Parents Night Out is open to church members and regular attenders. 



When: 
Parent’s Night Out is offered one Friday night a month, 11 months of the year from 6:30 –11:00 p.m. There will also be a Dates can be found on the bulletin boards around the church and in the church newsletter.
Ages:
Parent’s Night Out is for children ages 6 weeks – 6th grade.
 
Reservations:
Reservations are required by 8:00 pm on the Monday before Parent’s Night Out.  Cancellations are also required by 8:00 pm!
Fees:
The cost is $25 for one child, $35 for two children, and $40 for three children, and $45 for four children or more. A pizza dinner is included. Fees are used to pay the workers and provide all necessary items for activities. Payment can be made by cash or checks payable to HFUMC (place PNO in the memo line) by Wednesday before the scheduled Parent’s Night Out.
Cancellations: 
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, this must be done by Monday at 8:00 pm before Parent’s Night Out. Workers have been hired for the number of children that are reserved. Refunds will not be offered for sudden illness.
Staff:
Parent’s Night Out is staffed by paid Adults and Youth.
Health:
Please make sure your child is feeling well. A child brought with the following symptoms will not be admitted or may be sent home.
*Fever in the last 24 hours *have been exposed to a contagious disease *has a runny nose with green mucus * has shown symptoms in the last 24 hours including vomiting, diarrhea, eye infections. Refunds will not be offered for sudden illness.
Food: A pizza dinner is served. Please indicate on the sign‐up sheet if your child has any food allergies. We will also serve them a snack later in the evening.
Belongings:
Please do not allow your child to bring personal toys. It is difficult for young children to share and also for leaders to keep up with. Please be sure to mark all items that you bring with the name of your child. You can bring pajamas, sleeping bag, pillow, change of clothes in case of an accident, and diapers and bottles if necessary.
Sign In & Out
For your child’s safety, parents will need to sign their child in and out. Upon signing in your child will receive a bracelet with an identity number. The parent will receive a duplicate of the number. The parent will need to present this number upon picking up their child.
Discipline:
We will try to redirect any negative behaviors with a positive loving action. If needed we will use a time out method. If behaviors persist we may contact the parent.
