2015-2016 FINANCIAL INFORMATION

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER & SCHOOL SCHEDULE

 

 School Year Payments: 
  • Payment for the first month of the school schedule program will be due by August 1st in order to confirm your placement. 
  • Monthly billing will be done on the first of each month through April 1st. 
  • Payment is due no later than the 5th of the month.
  • Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and divided into 9 equal parts with payments due August through April.
  • SCHOOL SCHEDULE  PROGRAM RUNS FROM AUGUST 10th 2015 - MAY 26, 2016 
 Year Round Payments: 
  • Year round tuition is calculated on an annual basis and divided into 51 equal parts so that each weekly fee will be the same.
  • Since we schedule staff based on enrollment, you will be billed even if your child is absent for some reason.
  • All programs are closed the week of Christmas holidays and there is no charge for that one week.
  • Please remember that you will be billed every Monday for that week. 
  • Payment is due in full by Wednesday of that same week.

The beginning date of the next fiscal year will be 6/2/2016. 
  
 All accounts should have a ZERO balance by June 2015 to begin the summer session and the fall session.
